Support Process for Victims of Human Exploitation
Employers Choice Screening supports victims of human trafficking. We provide a dedicated process to remove adverse items that resulted from forced labor or exploitation.

Required Documentation for Victims
You must provide three documents:
1. Government-Issued ID
Submit any valid government-issued identification.
2. Victim Determination Document
This document confirms you are a trafficking victim. We accept documents from:
- Federal, State, or Tribal government entities
- Courts of competent jurisdiction (including certain court-filed documents)
- Non-governmental organizations or human exploitation task forces
- Victim service providers affiliated with authorized entities
- Self-attestation documents signed by authorized representatives
3. List of Adverse Items
This document identifies adverse information that resulted from exploitation. Consumer reporting agencies should not include these items.
