Terms of use

  • Access to the ECS background screening platform will be granted to clients upon completion of the following tasks, which may include but are not limited to, completion of a client service agreement, onsite credit inspection (applicable before ordering a credit report), and payment of the client’s one-time setup fee.
  • ECS reserves the right to immediately terminate a client’s ability to order information on the background screening platform and/or access data at any time if ECS determines—in its sole discretion—that the client may be violating applicable laws and/or the terms of the service agreement.
  • All accounts are subject to temporary de-activation/or termination of service if payment is not received on invoices that are past due 45 days in our system.
